I took the idea of a multi-storey car park in the city. In the story, this is an abandoned car park used by SWAT as a staging area for vehicles carrying military supplies. As I said, the main action takes place in an abandoned parking lot. The CT starts near the main entrance of the parking lot. T starts behind the building at the back of the parking lot. This allows the CT side to get into position early. has two main ways in. They can enter through the main entrance or through the underground tunnel.
