Reqs like this makes me sad. Also, those of us that can actually fill that req have a job.

Reqs like this makes me sad. Also, those of us that can actually fill that req have a job. You're right. Such requirements do really suck. Why don't companies just judge by the portfolio? I mean it's not like that there are sooo many unemployed game designer out there.
Minos Posted September 7, 2005 Report Posted September 7, 2005 They always require experience but if you have a strong portfolio they manage to hire you. Many people here got hired at top studios even without any professional experience.
