When you make textures, you should get rid of all perspective in them. Now you have a texture with perspective, applied to brushes that have perspective of their own, looks just weird. Also, i think that with some better lighting it would all looks much prettier already. It seems like you've got something decent but you're just not there yet. Brushwork could be less blocky as well.
