Minos Posted February 11, 2006 Report Posted February 11, 2006 My first post here after watching these forums for a long time, so Hi everybody. And immediately i can use some input on a model/texture i made. it is a base for a statue. i keep thinking it is lacking something but can not find what it needs exactly. So any comments or critique will be greatly appreciated. Needs more shadows and highlights Quote
swartsz Posted February 12, 2006 Report Posted February 12, 2006 thanks everyone for the replies, what you do think of this texture for the statue? Quote
st0lve Posted February 12, 2006 Report Posted February 12, 2006 More highlight, and scratches. Use dogde tool. Quote
DaanO Posted February 12, 2006 Report Posted February 12, 2006 Scratches are becoming a texture cliche and sometimes they're just not needed. I think this is one of those times. I agree about some highlights though Quote
swartsz Posted February 12, 2006 Report Posted February 12, 2006 is this any better? i tried to be not as careful with adding stuff this time. Quote
