curman Posted July 25, 2005 Report Posted July 25, 2005 Looks a tad blurry. Also, it almost looks like a straight-up photo, no offense, so does mine. I tried to follow Mike's advice: Quote
kleinluka Posted July 25, 2005 Report Posted July 25, 2005 its pretty cool but there is something really weird about that concrete edge and the way it connects to the bricks. the top (bright) part seems way too big, try sizing that down a little and giving it a nice uneven crimpled edge Quote
kleinluka Posted July 25, 2005 Report Posted July 25, 2005 im talking about the trim, the bigh border at the top...meh whatever Quote
|FRITZ| Posted July 25, 2005 Report Posted July 25, 2005 nice texture curman! I like big bricks too. Quote
curman Posted July 25, 2005 Report Posted July 25, 2005 it tileeees! i'm so proud of myself cause usually i do nothing, please make more texture competitions, do we get medals? or trophies? who judges.. Quote
FrieChamp Posted July 25, 2005 Report Posted July 25, 2005 Try making a good sewer water texture!! Quote
Pericolos0 Posted July 25, 2005 Report Posted July 25, 2005 nice work curman!! but u should highlight that top edge of the trim Quote
IR Posted July 25, 2005 Report Posted July 25, 2005 everybody likes sewers :}~ bring on the mold Quote
csharp Posted July 25, 2005 Report Posted July 25, 2005 curman, can you make it a littlebit more green? it would be a little better  Quote
ReNo Posted July 25, 2005 Report Posted July 25, 2005 There have been some great textures posted, but what I'd like to see is some vertical variants of them for stacking purposes. One 512x512 texture, for source at least, is only really good for a 128 tall wall, which is generally not tall enough for many / any rooms. Having some variants to stack above your low level ones would be great Quote
curman Posted July 25, 2005 Report Posted July 25, 2005 Looks great Steppenwolf, I'd probably suggest some type of trim/border like the others have shown. But I <3 it. I updated my last one as well Quote
