Thats bullshit. I hardly ever have breakfast by the morning. Im never hungry when I wake up or I wake up too late. if that was true my metabolism would be at -900% heh

Dude, I miss breakfast a lot when I wasn't working and I sure as fuck didn't put any weight on, I have an extremely high metabolism though so I burn off shitloads of fat, I'm lucky like that.

Considering breakfast is essentially the first meal you eat after waking, its surely rather impossible to miss it. If you mean it just in the sense of a morning meal, then I too haven't had one in a good while now and, at least visibly, I've not gained any weight.

I beg to differ, I never ever eat breakfast, I only drink coffee in the morning, the reason being that my apetite is zero in the morning and I just can't stuff anything in my mouth that is not liquid and coffee.

Though sometimes I eat some vitamin tabs in the morning to keep my body in balance, especially when I'm training.

Coffee equals breakfast for me.

Finnish breakfasts suck. There are no fancy bacon and eggs like in all those foreign countries of yours. No, I have to feast on crappy toast and a bowl of cereals that taste like wood.

So no thanks. I'll wait for lunch.

When you're young your metabolism is through the roof. Dont treat your metabolism well and when you start getting older it'll die off and you'll get slammed with low metabolism and than you WILL start seeing a 10 pound gain :) enjoy it!
