Goals for 2022?

University is a ponzi scheme. You go there, thinking you're gonna learn some skills. Soon you realize you can learn everything more efficiently by yourself. But hey, at least there all these awesome people to hang out with (you all got duped)? Or perhaps not, because you're studying online.

Pump and dump! Unicoin to the moon! Sell your Unicoins and start a business, or bribe HR to give you a job.

Unicoin club is like a cult. You may not get to see your creator, but at least you'll get to partake in sex rituals.

Update: All sex rituals are cancelled because of covid.

This is my most immediate goal for now. It doesn't have any relationship with level design but I hope this can at least be a resource for future works. The goal for now is to cover limits, differentiation and integrals of functions of one variable.

If you're gonna pick up a Calculus book, I'd recommend Spivak's Calculus. I liked it better than Stweart's Calculus. It feels much more meaningful and more focused on understanding different techniques of proof. I can also recommend Serge Lang's books, which introduce the theory in a very concise and clear fashion. This is just my experience. I've found that, as a rule of thumb, old textbooks tend to be better at explaining concepts. For all fields, not only maths.

My primary goal for 2022 is to complete and publish this small game that I'm working on. I've started a lot of projects like this in the past, but I feel now I am progressing fast enough that I'll be able to push through with it. I also need to fix my f-ed up sleeping schedule.

My goals are for 2022:

-Ship my Half Life Alyx mod, Levitation

-Depending on how launch goes and what lessons are learned, document/write/blog/vlog about the creation process, including lessons learned and next steps

-225 on the incline bench press

-Learn Blender and substance at a remedial-to-intermediate level

-Maximize opportunities to grow Mapcore, if possible, and keep the community we currently have positive

-Avoid COVID, if possible. avoid unforced errors

-Appreciate, but stay motivated to improve

Happy New Years guys !

My goals

- work on my photography business which means working on my e-shop page, updating my websites, working on the SEO to grab more clients, ...
- dev. & release old sleeping pictures
- dev. some photography projects to train my eyes
- let my smartphone more alone, I don't need you everywhere I go little damned boy

And about mapping ? Well, it's my main job and it's not what I want to do anymore at home. I doubt one day it will come back, I have to be honest with myself.

I'm making small lists of 3 to 5 goals. If I make a long list of chapters to do, such as 20 chapters. I'm sure that I'm going to be overwhelmed by the size of it and very often what is one topic is, underneath, a combination of many subtopics.
