But in general then I think lots of the core ops are pretty trigger happy, not as much as they used to but still. But I guess Im just old when I think people should only be banned when they're actually disturbing and annoying most of the channel.

This is the internet, people have different opinions. If it was just a kick, maybe acceptable, but a kick ban for obviously someone joking around is unacceptable. people should only be banned when they're actually disturbing and annoying most of the channel.
