Block LOS material

Is the tools/toolsblock_los the material you use to block vis in Source? Like the @ textures for HL1.

No, it doesnt block vis. I dont know the real purpose of it though, but im pretty sure it blocks the line of sight for npc's. The regular black texture blocks vis. Use that.
