They Hunger Memorial thread

Recommended Posts

Hey do you guys remember that ''spooky zombie mod'' during the goldsrc day?

They Hunger has been one of my favorite goldsrc games of all time alongside Half-Life (ofc who doesn't love Half-Life??), made by the talented creator Neil Manke and Einar Saukas to this day They Hunger Lost Souls was supposed to come out but sadly it never came out.,. A lot of peoples in the modding community managed to remake they hunger with mods like ''They Hunger Again'' (yike and unfinished..) and other some that went unknown if they are cancel.

Black Widow Games or just ''BWG'' was known for making promotional mods with quake and other contracted levels work until this masterpiece called ''They Hunger'' a lot of rumors said that Neil Manke die or not but he was doing ok apparently in a mysterious day and still ''don't'' want to talk about TLS anymore so why I am making a thread? Because it's a memorial game that I'll never forget.

and apparently someone made a dreamcast for it, with the images of They Hunger Lost souls huh quite interesting it isn't?

Somehow back in 2019 a anonymous leaked the game and most of the contents are from DOD and CSS.

I've release the project on the ue4's Marketplace. LINK

There's also a playable demo that you can check out here: DEMO

This was my most time consuming project that I've started back in 2018, but then scrapped and returned to it in 2021.

It took about 8 months to complete and was a great learning experience for me.
