Hitman: The Movie D:

All the mentioned actors have already been discussed at IO, but apparently we have absoultely no say in this. Somebody photoshoped a picture of Vinnie Jones a bit, and it looked EXACTLY like hitman.

Anyway, I guess they went with Vin Diesel since hes a big name atm or something :G

Be thankful, Vinnie Jones is roughly 10x worse an actor than Diesel.

I think it sounds cool and I do think that Vin Diesel will do a good job. I don't consider him as a such bad actor as some believe he is. I do however agree that there probably are other actors which look more like Agent 47.

I can't in good conscience recommend that. can you imagine an angry Vin Diesel chasing after Mazy? He'd tear him in half and snap him in two over his own knee!

But now all the John Malkovich jokes about Hitman 47 go to waste, that was about 5mins of hard brain jogging around the release of first hitman game!

But Vin is bald, angry action movie actor so atleast at those parts he goes to a t, and if you have seen boiler room he has the shoulders to carry a suit, unlike my skinny ass. So I think Vin does good as Agent 47.

Johnny Depp for every role! It would be like "Lemony Snickets crappy movie about something no one cares but Emily Browning is rather hot" with Jim Carrey but Johnny playing all the parts in the Hitman movie

Oh, I dunno... Vin Diesel would probably be good enough. I mean, no offence but it's not going to be an adaptation of Shakespeare is it?

In fact, the game itself borrows from several 'movie moments' (though I'll admit it has carved out its own sense and style) - such as the shotgun in the box of roses from Terminator 2, etc.

Having said that, Jason Statham would have been good, but perhaps he's done that kind of thing with The Transporter, so the movie guys don't want that type of film again, they'd rather go for an action movie with Vin to pull in the money.
