This was a really great keynote that covers problems of the present and where we might/need to go. Recomended.

No more than John Carmack, and I still love to listen to that dude.

Would be a step forward to see these games that rely heavily on monetization practices as well as pay walls, like mobile games, be separated from the mainstream. In general, just seeing loot boxes be abolished would be a step forward. It was pretty funny when he made that comparison to Vegas. I got the sense that he was expecting people to laugh a bit. Interesting concept about opening platforms and allowing people to be able to play the same instance of a game from any device. Overall, I thought it was an honest talk and he made a good point about having those uncomfortable conversations.
