Just got linked this impressive 2.5D action. Basically it's The Specialists/Max Payne in sidescrolling fashion:

Looks like game made for lots of cool and fun over the top action! It's also awesome they're making tools so people can make levels.

The tool is just to ease the life of the one guy that is making it… he actually posted and is keeping a devlog in our work release forum! (I found out after posting).

would be great tho if anyone was able to make levels for it. If I was a skilled artist I would have already contacted him to collab

I've been following this game since I posted it here, we also have a devblog topic that @DeadToast was updating from time to time.

I think the E3 debut deserves to be posted in the official topic, you can deffo see the great progress this game has had

Yeah I linked the topic in my post, he kept it up for a while but then stopped. I guess it’s too time consuming keeping up with all these socials when you are alone or very small team.

Got it last night, insanely fun!! Gameplay is actually really deep, there's so much fun shit you can do, and it keeps throwing interesting weapons and map designs at you.

Man, indie games are getting better and better. One guy made this, amazing.

Got it for PC or Switch @[HP]?

I wanted to try it when I was at the EGX, but the computer I was in line for crashed and nobody came round to fix it, all the other stations I had to queue up again.

It is impressive, if this could look like the animated trailer they’ve made for the release would be incredible.

The review I’ve seen last night was talking about becoming a bit repetitive an unimaginative after a bit, with the first chapter being the more solid one.

Got it for the Switch, plays like a charm there. I've got the Switch Pro controller last month, and that thing is smooth as hell.

I only played it for about an hour, and so far so good. I'll report on it later if I do end up finishing it.
