Create A GMod DarkRP Map From Scratch!

  Hello, I am looking to start hosting a server on Garry's Mod soon. I am wanting something very particular for a map instead of using one of the many maps gmod players are already familiar with. I am looking for something unique for my server that doesn't exist anywhere else, which is why I need the map built from scratch. It needs to be very large I will be hosting 100+ players. I will send you my concept art folder and if you have any questions feel free to ask. The map will be very dense with a lot of rooms and a few levels, based on Kowloon Walled City. Not a replica or anything, but derived inspiration on it. The lower levels so deep an dark no sunlight can penetrate through. Dystopian Cyberpunk setting.

  Let me say, I don't know the first thing about making maps for garry's mod. I was recommended this website by a friend. I will not harass you about how long the job is taking, but I want to be involved with updates on how the progress is going, feel free to implement some ideas of your own and be creative. A question I have is, can I get this map copyright protected? Only my server will own it and no one else can download it? Because I would like my map to be copyright protected I want to own it 100% But I will put your name on it as you deserve the credit for your mastery of this fantastic soon to be created map!

  The other thing I have to say is that we can discuss how much you will be payed for this job. I understand that making a map from scratch to fit my desires will be a lot of work and you deserve to be compensated fairly. I will pay handsomely to whoever wants to take this job up.
