I like the idea, I've grown up reading the Greek myths (my uncle nicknamed me Ulysses), but it's still so much the usual AC. It's beautiful but I dunno, at the same time feels generic... I mean the games Ubi presented look pretty much the same, involving the same mechanics. And above all an over-invasive GUI.

I still feel like that if I was to play an AC today, I would rather pick up Black Flag.

I think what I'm most amazed is what must be the amount of shared tech Ubi has.

This looks incredible, I never cared much for the AC series (mostly because the gameplay doesn't appeal to me, art has always been amazing), but this one looks really special! Hopefully there's a stable PC version on release

All the videos I've seen on this look really nice art wise. Lots of colour and light. Makes me want to go on holiday!

been playing through 'origins' recently. Great game but I'd really wish they'd drop the whole 'simulation' aspect. It's jarring and hampers the game more than helps it. I don't give a shit about the justification about being a stabby-jumpy Egyptian mofo; just let me do that without pulling me out of it every few hours.

After visiting Greece for 6 years in a row, a month at a time*, when I was in school... my life dream was to be a freelance designer working on a sail boat, roaming from island to island in the greek sea

Well I am off to Rhodes in a couple of weeks and have visited some islands and the mainland. 'Tis a lovely part of the world!
