3Dmax to CounterStrike

Hey there! I'm triying to send a 3dMax model or a c4d model in OBJ to Counter Strike, the format is not the correct, Do you know some format or how to do it?? 

Also I want to know how to install GrowFX plugin, free donwload, a trial or something like that.
