This game is a lot of fun and covers many of my favourite things: First Person, Ninjas, Swords, Guns, Zip lines, Stealth and the Unreal Engine.

It's very early access for this game, but the level design opportunities are extremely interesting once this goes into Steam Workshop - one to keep an eye on for sure.
