Bastion Posted October 21, 2016 Report Posted October 21, 2016 Last Friday, I got myself the Metro redux pack and the new deus ex game. I've barely touched (or enjoyed) the deus ex game so far but I have played the first game in the Metro redux pack, 2033, as a matter of fact in just this one week I have already completed the game twice, totalling to a playtime of over 14 hours, once on ranger hardcore mode and I plan to play it a couple more times, to get the achievements and play with the language set to russian for that true metro experience. However I think I will hold off from touching last light until after the mapping contest, otherwise I don't think I will make any progress. So with that I'm curious, what games have hooked you? blackdog Posted October 22, 2016 Report Posted October 22, 2016 Interesting, I did start Metro 2033 few months ago, wanted to shoot stuff and something pretty. I found it too slow for my needs, the beginning is too prolix and I didn't get into it. On the other hand, when I finally got Doom (2016) I played it for hours, postponing meals etc. But nothing like Mad Max or Batman (any really, but last in particular), for both games I stayed up nights sleeping 4-5hrs to play more. Batman Arkham Knight I got to 90 hours by when I finished it for the first time, I really enjoy the challenge maps, so I can spend hours on just that, especially with the driving (but that happened for previous games as well). Day of Defeat I think has the crown of my most played game ever, at uni times I once went to bed for merely 45 minutes before getting on the train. I also did a 32hrs playing time, over a weekend, with Need For Speed Underground… ? Bastion 1 Quote
