On the subject of official practise, I recall seeing an article somewhere on the internet demonstrating how Valve build a level. It focuses on a Left for Dead example map and it shows the various stages of development, including a stage where the artists draw over some screenshots. Does anyone know where I can find this page? Bit of a long shot maybe... Quote
