Hope I am not too late to enter the contest. Hope I packaged correctly, given this my first attempt. 

Need to improve the weapon base setup, and also the ammo placement. Any comments and critiques are accepted.

Notes : The map is in a pretty crude state now (the Overcharge power-ups directly spawn at the start of the game, dont know why). I'll keep iterating it during the art phase and try to fix the bugs. For now, enjoy and any kind of cc is welcome.

Notes: The Map is very rough, its my first ever, only found out about the competition a few days before the deadline.

Best played as 3v3 or 6v6. Players must choose tactically between spawns with and without weapons and shadow each other accordingly to reach their desired pickups/locations in order to rush the map.

EDIT: I'm working on a lot of layout and design improvements in my latest version of this map, but that layout isn't playable yet. When I got the message from Sprony that I had to recook my map, I had to go back to an earlier version which had the layout you see in the following screenshots, but some of the textures, lighting and atmosphere is different. The recooked map is called "DM-Scoria-V02-2" and you can download it via the download link above. I'm sorry for the bad lighting and stuff, but it should be playable.

First time making a Level Design map and also using this Engine. Had a lot of fun and learned a lot by making this map for Phase 1. Made this map in 3-4 hours in a day for a week. I made a lot of mistakes in the BSP modeling which I will refine the map completely for Phase 2 to make it more polished. Also some interior part of the map is unfinished. Therefore some gun, ammo and pickup placements are not spread around the map evenly.

P.S: For some reason the Spawn Points are not working for me. Also there is a huge problem in the BSP at the middle of the map where the player can see what is below. I could not fix it on time. Maybe because of my BSP modeling was bad. For time being I used a Blocking Volume to make sure the player does not fall down.

Hi! my WIP level is still a bit rough. Sadly I had little time the past month, had to work on this in between my exams and a project deadline. Luckily that's behind me now and I've finally got a holiday to work more on this!

Thanks for this Epic & Mapcore, really love these contests. Hopefully you'll enjoy the map, I'm not happy with the flow in certain areas yet - but I've got some good ideas how to fix it. I'll appreciate any feedback I can get of course.

Note: it's been packaging for 6 hours already..  I've uploaded the content files for now. I'm not seeing anything on submission requirements and others have done this as well so I assume this is fine...

Edit: and once its done cooking, I'll add the packaged level to the dropbox folder (done).

I've joined the party really late (too late :p) and started working on a map only a couple of days ago. If I can borrow a week from Phase 2, it would be great. My shell is no more than 60% complete. If that disqualifies my submission, then it's ok :) Knowing I'm still in the game, would keep me more focused and motivated.

Description:
Our aim was to obtain a dynamic and fast gameplay by creating a map that offers in each room many possibilities. The player in every position has always different point of strength and weaknesses and is forced to keep moving in order to avoid death from an unexpected enemy on the back. Snipers and sharp shooter are more than welcome since the map offers different point's of view for precise shots. 

The art direction idea is to create a sci-fi version of an unknown Heaven. The setting is a classic temple-like structure mixed with a futuristic and alien style.

The ambient is quite bare. Most of the details are composed by wall decorations. Because of that, the scene can be optimized using occlusion and normal map with low poly geometry. Lights and LUT profile put on evidence the strong light coming from sky and make the ambient idyllic, but the grey sky is a clear signal that the great times are a rembrance of the past. The temple became a place of battle as now, during the game. Signs of that are scattered along the map the two enemies left signs of the battle all around like burned wings and claws signs. Also the structures are demaged in some places.
