Lee3dee Posted April 7, 2005 Report Posted April 7, 2005 Nightfire was better than "world is not enough" . It had me playing it for a few days a sequel to the most hyped game "Daikatana" Quote
ReNo Posted April 8, 2005 Report Posted April 8, 2005 Duke Nukem Forver. Well really now, if it was such a good idea, somebody would have done it by now! Quote

Zacker Posted April 8, 2005 Report Posted April 8, 2005 From the Sands-of-War site: Until now we have not let anything specific out regarding the amazing gameplay in Sands-of-War2. We have just said that it would be different from SoW1, but now we are revealing it all. You will not play as Coalition of Democracy and Allied Independant Monarchies as you did in SoW1. Instead the focus will be on the life of the vortigaunts, the lovely aliens from HL1/2. Everybody will play as a vortigaunt and then tasks will be to perform the usual vortigaunt stuff. Gameplay tasks include: - Telepatic communication with other vortigaunts - Recharging batteries - Powering up televisions - Cook headcrabs(It tastes like chicken) and other great food - Meditation Basicly it will work like Sims, just with vortigaunts. There won't be any action at all, but plenty of hours of buzzing with other vortigaunts. The goal is to get a lovely life in peace and harmony. We are sure that this will be able to attract a very broad amount of people. Who haven't dreamed of being a Vortigaunt when they were kids? Quote
Thaldarin Posted April 8, 2005 Report Posted April 8, 2005 http://www.blackmesasource.com/ Have they not realised Valve has made Half-Life: Source? *EDIT* Just so Jezpuh understands, the above post contains sarcasm. Quote
Jezpuh Posted April 8, 2005 Report Posted April 8, 2005 http://www.blackmesasource.com/ Have they not realised Valve has made Half-Life: Source? No, they're just blind. You can't blame them for that, though. Quote
mikezilla Posted April 8, 2005 Report Posted April 8, 2005 The second person shooter. So the player plays as the omonous narrator character who can pass in and out of thoughts? interesting. Quote
Bluestrike Posted April 8, 2005 Report Posted April 8, 2005 The carpenter. Basicly the game is a model editor, but when you do something wrong you will have to start from scratch again, and for every action you take there is a 15 seconds animation played. Tutorial: Create a window Mission 1 : Create a double window. Mission 2 : Create a 18 steps stair. Mission 3 : Create a kitchen. Mission 5 : Create a wooden house. Quote
