Well, sure, but the money needs to come from somewhere, and in this case it seems Sony will be dumping quite a few pesos into whatever this game will be, so there's a minus to it but the pluses totally outerheight whatever strings that come attached imo.

Their partnership currently only applies to one game, with it potentially expanding to a franchise if the first game is a success. So their first game will be PS exclusive, but it is likely that future entries will be for all platforms.
