On a more serious note. Before you do your next texture think about what you want it to look like. Metal isnt just a grey....something.

Yea, add rust next time. All metal textures need rust, because rust = sign of quality metal.

Needs stronger and sharper highlights/edges.... Yours are way too soft

And color! it's like completely grey right now. Add some horizontal bar things to those grate thingys in the middle and give them depth!! they are completely flat right now.
