ElectroSheep Posted March 6, 2016 Report Posted March 6, 2016 Hey guys, I wanted to update my portfolio discussion as I'm making some changes to it, but it's closed Quote
Quotingmc Posted March 6, 2016 Report Posted March 6, 2016 (edited) Everyone's profile has a "Community Reputation" number yet it has no apparent affect or cause. The only thing in some of the older profiles "Reputation Activity" is status updates but seeing as they are gone now, what actually impacts this number?Even if something such as likes increase it, what is there to decrease it and what purpose does it have all together? laminutederire Posted March 14, 2016 Report Posted March 14, 2016 I actually like the new iteration of the looks of the mobile version Just had one weird thing which happened once so that's probably an issue of my Internet connection not loading the text editing area. If that happens again and often everyone should be complaining by now! Thanks for the update! Thrik 1 Quote

Even if something such as likes increase it, what is there to decrease it and what purpose does it have all together? This number is purely determined by likes. It's your total number of liked posts, but it doesn't affect anything aside from allowing you to track how many of them you've received. -HP- and Sprony 2 Quote
Vorontsov Posted March 14, 2016 Report Posted March 14, 2016 also i would like to add that notifications are annoying as fk, any way to turn them off? Quote
Thrik Posted March 14, 2016 Report Posted March 14, 2016 There are various notification settings here: https://www.mapcore.org/notifications/options/ I believe it also now prompts you to use your web browser's built in notification system if it supports it (e.g. Chrome). If you've enabled that then I assume the setting lies in your browser. Vorontsov 1 Quote
Puddy Posted March 14, 2016 Report Posted March 14, 2016 Where is show recent content or whatever? Only used this to read the forums! Quote
'RZL Posted March 14, 2016 Report Posted March 14, 2016 There is a new tab on the top where you're able to see the most recent content, that should be what you're looking for: Sprony 1 Quote
-HP- Posted March 15, 2016 Report Posted March 15, 2016 I like the new facebook like feed, it's a great way to make sure you don't miss a single post! I've always been lazy to open every single thread we have going on here on mapcore, so thanks dude!! Quote

The thing that bothers me though is that there seems to be no way to jump to the newest unread post but instead it always takes me to the first page of the thread? Sounds like a small thing but it gets annoying when you have to do that 10 times in a session. Quote
ElectroSheep Posted March 22, 2016 Report Posted March 22, 2016 So is it possible to re-open old portfolio topic ? To be able to have new feedbacks on it. Quote

If you click on the timestamp at the bottom, you will go to the post instead of the first page -HP- 1 Quote
