I think its great, we've playtested with 8 people and its really fun but it'd be great if there was enough people playing it online to have it be constant action. So check it out if you like hl2dm!

Looks kinda cool in places, but hugely simplistic in others - more detail would be a plus. Lighting is atmospheric but could use more variety.

Yeah, the detail thing has been mentioned before, there is detail i guess i just didnt pick the right screenies....and the lighting your right on too, i've got some variation but i see its not enough now

Nothing special. It all looks decent but it lacks a theme and oomph.

it has a theme daan (cave/underground). But ya it looks a little bit like a regular map with the sky turned to rock cuz the ground is flat concrete.

Still i like the cave theme, even tho its only half cave

It looks very nice, I have mentioned those glowing red lights on the first picture what is really cool.

So is the map a big Underground base or something?

Yeah, its a underground lab, closed off in places because of cave in's. I am currently updating it with some the comments and suggestions i got from posting it in a few forums....adding some more detail, switching up the lighting a bit more, and a few fixes i need to do since releasing it(something always comes up.... :roll: )

If cave/underground is a theme then city 17 and dust are themes as well. I wasn't talking about themes, i was talking about Themes, mkay

hmz. the first pic's cave walls look a bit simple. it looks like a good map, but i do agree with the comments above. gj though.
