So. What difference between the Substance designer 5 PRO and Substance Designer 5 Commercial Edition on Steam?

There is no Commercial edition in comparison list... Only Indie and PRO!

TL;DR: They're the same unless you earn more than $100k a year and then you need PRO account.

They could just be referred to differently for versions?

I know about the $100k for Indie edition. But no one word about the Commercial edition on allegoritmic web site. I want to buy this software in office. Question is what difference between the Substance designer 5 PRO and Substance Designer 5 Commercial Edition. Because price on this two versions very different:

               Substance Desiger 5 PRO - 590$   vs.   Substance Designer 5 Commercial Edition - 140$(Steam)

                                   Steam got regional price for Russia, Ukraine, etc. And there no description about licence.
