work in progress

this map works on three different layers: the viaduct station, the underground station and the street level

much of what your are seeing are subjects to change.

the layout is not finished and the overall path construction will propably change over time.

I got inspired a subwaystation in 'Berlin Germany'

alot of characteristic berlin models like the streetlamps, trashcans and alot more will be added bit by bit.

 A 3D radar could be helpful, don't know if it is possible :)

thats what i think all the time :D

but there is no pre-build way to do it, as far as i know you can only rotate it horizontal...

if anyone got a server with custom maps i would be glad if some would add my map to there server list :)

because i aint got no server...:sad:

Have you started optimizing yet?

I think that it is not yet clear what path one should take, and some paths I discovered by mistakes. You have put one ladder to balance between a few stories, that's good to move quickly, you should try and do some things like that more often in your map

If you would have seen the first versions of the map, then yes i optimated alot but still not enough. its a long way to go.

i dont have a server so i cant test it with good ping and 5v5. until i got one myself or someone willing to upload my map i cant really see how the map flow works and what needs to be done in a way of optimizing the map/gameplay/path/layout.

i just tried it once with 10 guys and back then the map was alot emptier and a very different path layout.

so im really excited what the map will play like and im really open for changes in the layout. as example i could use a ladder in the lift "room" to provide a fast but dangerous connection between both spots. thats in my mind for a long time but i want to test this version first.

so overall it needs alot of testing and tweaking and what not to make it feel like CS :) (and still alot of f***ing models to build...)

im glad for every tip and suggestion

i will model the berlin subways :D
so the trains will look and play very different. i need to make a raw model of the trains to not have these crazy angles. only then i can really see what the angles will be like.
