I just finished reading this book (I'm still in hollidays so I've the time  \o/ ) and yes the second trailer (as the first one) contains spoilers...as every trailers now. 

The story was cool and now I'm impatient to see it on a big screen :-)

Watched it last night. The sci-fi part of it was excellent (with the caveat of extraordinary luck but I don't really mind it as long as the plot goes forward)! The acting, plot and emotional impact, didn't hit me as much as I would have liked, but maybe it was just me. If you like sci-fi  and for example Apollo 13 this should be right up your ally!

Saw the movie, liked it! Wouldnt be able to see it again, though. One trick story.

 

I have watched the trailer AFTER seeing the movie and it doesn't seem like they left out any part unspoiled :S

Nice, that's how to make a great space movie based on an awesome book.

The movie left out a couple of the most memorable moments of the book, and it only scratched past some things that the book covers pretty much in depth, but you can only cram so much content in a 2 hour movie, so it's understandable.

Phenomenal movie, go watch it, Ridley Scott's best since Blade Runner.

This was very good, but I would rank it below both Gravity and Interstellar. The film was surprisingly comedic a lot of the time, didn't expect that, but it worked pretty well imho.

Is the book any good? If that is the case I might give it a go
