Started this little sideproject two days ago. Hope that i can release it for Sourceball if the Mod will see the light of day.

Jpeg compression made some pics a bit pale. However lighting isnt much polished yet. Crits are welcome.

Nice stepp!! Three things bother me though:

The lighting around the ceiling is not ok, I think it would look a lot better if it was darker, would also give more contrast the map.

Those blue lights dont fit the color scheme at all.

And last but not least, the fences dont look ok, maybe its too dirty, dunno.

I dont want to make a complete clean NHL like arena. My idea was that Speedball is a brutal sport and so would be the fans. means dirty barbwired fences for them like in a football stadium

i think it looks really cool, i forget what that mod was ... was it speedball? but it was fun as hell and if they did it again for hl2 that'd be cool as hell, specially with the gravity gun now

You got the feel of the original game spot on, moody, industrial, brutal deluxe!

We have a few custom ents (scoreboard, radar etc) that you will need to finish it off and hopefully our lead mapper will be in contact soon with the ents required.

How far then we come people allways try to make something original with the own style.

I have never seen something like this before, this is a great map.

From dramatic arenas to glorius and epic popular stadium levels...
