Very strange criteria of recruitment in a Minsk office. I tried to apply on the level designer position in last december.

HR's do not require a portfolio  :v  and starts ignore the candidate if he have no 3000 battles in World of Tanks...

 

 

 

They just collecting a 18 years teens with a high statistic in WOT.
