I would advise against doing any sort of specular highlights in your textures (creating light effects, as if the texture was lit). Let the game engine or your 3d package do that through a spec or roughness map. Nakroma 1 Quote

They are worth it, the pressure control is awesome. If you get one don't buy smaller then a4. Search for a good brush pack. They can make things so much easier. Quote
blackdog Posted December 28, 2014 Report Posted December 28, 2014 Are you working with reference? the crate doesn't look like one, the problem is not the flatness but the weird gradient inside... looks more like a cage of some sort. I would advise to follow some tutorial, I remember reading some posted around here or linked in some topic. Think Kikette was involved but can't find anything right now. Quote
