Orisa is really fun, in theory. Her kit is totally the kind of stuff I love, too, as a Heavy with lots of utility. Too bad I can only play her against bots rn, because in live games somebody else always loads first and chooses her and then fucks around all match, clearly without ever actually reading her abilities. In like two months I look forward to getting to play her against humans.

I did not have good luck with my placement matches. A whole fucking lot of genjis... and 5/10 rounds on Hanamura, 1/10 on a KOTH map (guess which ones are the draws?)

What SR did you get after those placement matches and what did you end your last season with?

My placements were as miserable as yours @Jetsetlemming, two quitters, few ppl that just spewed hate and wouldn't switch. Got my rank at ~2730 which was last season 2960.

Felt like a shitty situation but for some odd reason I managed to climb back to diamond in one evening. Something's changed in the SR reward system, felt like I was awarded twice as more from wins than from losses.

Even yesterday I climbed 30 SR from 3 wins and 3 losses. Last season the difference would have been less than 10 SR from 50% win ratio.

I was at 2800 last season. Ranked 2160 after placement.

Lost 7, 1 draw and 2 wins. Ended at 2700 ish last season and placed 2460. So i am happy. Had so many trolls on my placement matches. This one tracer kept running around but not shooting. Only using her ult. So we lost by alot.

Played three losing rounds in a row, all three had the same guy accusing everyone who killed him of hacking. Did all the good teammates leave for the PTR or something?

I played a match today where I played Reinhardt and at the end had the most eliminations on my team. Have a guess which team lost.

I had a bunch of quitters too. In one case we had our last pick be genji when we needed support then we still managed to win 2-0 rounds in illios then the same genji DROPS OUT. BWAAAAAAAA

It's like there's a DDOS going on, except instead of just internet connection requests it's a bunch of shitty players.

On my placements, it went 6W-3L-1T and I got 3330, when last season I was 3500. Now I'm 3200.  I like how I'm matched with people who have DDOS in their brain.
