Posted October 8, 2014 Report Posted October 8, 2014 so yea, i have been lurking on the forums for quite some time now, so i finally made an account so that i could get some feed back on a map i was working on. this is the first map i have ever made ever(excluding little big planet ) i taught myself the basics of the sdk and started working on this small, fast paced defuse map. i am aware that i went with the most generic theme possible but this map is really just an experiment for myself to see what mapping was like. Two months later I have started adding some details to the map and i think its coming together pretty well . I am looking for any tips to help me in the future, so any opinions you have or tips for me, please tell me especially towards lighting. (also if you could give some nae suggestions XD) so here are some screens Quote

Baggle! Posted October 10, 2014 Author Report Posted October 10, 2014 (edited) thanks for the feedback (anything helps me at this stage). I added the cubemaps and a bit extra lighting, here are some new screens. I was wondering how to get rid of the bad shading around some props (eg.the rubble and plants) also how to make the red spot lights look a bit more natural Edited October 10, 2014 by Baggle! Quote
