Pampers Posted September 28, 2014 Report Posted September 28, 2014 Looking real nice! Looks like you have a lot of tiny reflections in small cracks and holes though. Easy to fix by slapping a cavity map on a neutral grey and I think with the Unreal engine you need to pop that into the specular input of your materials penE 1 Quote
penE Posted September 28, 2014 Author Report Posted September 28, 2014 Sounds good, will try that, thx! Quote

PogoP Posted October 5, 2014 Report Posted October 5, 2014 Cool update man, you're very talented! If I was to give one crit, it'd be that I think the post processing is getting a bit too much now. The vignette looks cranked up to max and there's some crazy chromatic aberration going on! penE 1 Quote
FMPONE Posted October 5, 2014 Report Posted October 5, 2014 I agree the VFX are pretty insane right now, but it's still such a cool scene. I'd like to see a little bit more composition elements (maybe a chain dangling on the left really close up to the foreground?), but there's no denying the awesome look. Really fits a "warrior" theme, that's for sure. penE 1 Quote
penE Posted October 5, 2014 Author Report Posted October 5, 2014 (edited) Thank you guys for your feedback. Very much appreciated! I haven't got so much feedback on the other sites I posted, so please keep it coming . And I agree, I got carried away a bit with all the pp, will fix it for the next update, cheers! Edit: Toned everything down, thx again! Edited October 6, 2014 by penE e-freak, TheOnlyDoubleF and Deathy 3 Quote
penE Posted October 8, 2014 Author Report Posted October 8, 2014 Made some wooden beams, holding up the ceiling . The actual wood grain is done with the tiling textures of the master material. Sprony, El Moroes and TheOnlyDoubleF 3 Quote
