You just made me trying SBP again  :) I didn't like it earlier with my 2+1 monitor setup, because i had to change my display settings everytime i wanted to use it. But i'm cloning now my primary monitor via Windows 8 onto my TV so i don't have to change the settings everytime i want to use it. And i kinda like it that way. My setup is simple. I have my TV connected directly to my graphics card and then i simply start SBP with the Xbox 360 controller. I used to have a wireless keyboard+mouse kit, but either are they broken or the battery is empty  :D They are perfect for these "special" issues when you might need something to type for example. There is also a keyboard with an integrated touchpad. I think i might use SBP more often now.  :)

 

These wireless keyboards are on sale on amazon right now. I got me a refurbished one for 18$. Too many situations where I want to use steam chat from my couch so I caved  :P.

Very tempted to pick one of these up now. I've had many issues mid movie/ game that could have benefited from this device.

To bad the sale on Amazon looks bogus. It says the standard price is 39.99 and it's going for $25 with an additional $12 for shipping. (Sadness)
