Hello everyone,

 

I posted a topic on how to keep being motivated to finish projects because I wasn't feeling motivated anymore to finish this map. Since then, I saw some stuff in that post that says its more about discipline than motivation. Now, I'm really eager to start this map again and actually finish it too.

 

Any updates will be added under here.

Left T path looks uninteresting it is like going out spawn and facing two consecutive closed rooms. I know it is good for optimization reasons, but maybe you could find a better solution.

 

Tiny map btw, and no middle at all, so it is all about going one bomb or the other except when you are going right. Rotation for CTs is awful, specially if Ts fake right.

 

3Dnj is right about being backwards, but a good spawn may make it notvery  important at all (v.g spawn on the top of a pyramid, descend and choose path).

I've started to block out the map witch has had a lot of changes to the layout. I started to think this certain part of my map would make a good arms race map, so I've decided to make it that.

The new name will be, of course, ar_Temple

That's a completely different map, comments make no sense now after updating the pic on the first post. Another thread could have been a better idea imo.

 

Regarding the map, looks fine as a mirrored ar map, though it is hard to judge not knowing z heights.
