mr.P Posted July 8, 2014 Report Posted July 8, 2014 ahhh life in the woods are good! I pretty much live in a Insertion house - family estate, fish every day Quote
FMPONE Posted July 8, 2014 Report Posted July 8, 2014 PenE I would try and find a way to finish your degree anyway, they come in handy if you ever want to work outside the EU. +1, sounds intelligent to me Quote
Sprony Posted July 8, 2014 Report Posted July 8, 2014 mh yeah, I'm thinking about that. Yager said I'd still have a job there, if I'd want to finish university next year. Finish it even it's part time and takes you years. You need that paper to go international and we all know that you are going places dude. Don't go for the money, be patient. Also, congrats of course! Quote
-HP- Posted July 8, 2014 Report Posted July 8, 2014 Sounds like kidney stones, which I had like a year ago... So yes go to the doctor or when the pain comes back straight to the hospital. Their pain medication is the best! If it's kidney stones you really shouldn't wait any longer. I haven't had it myself, but I know a couple of people who have and it was not pleasant at all apparantly. They say it's the ONLY thing you can get, that the pain is actually worse than giving birth. I also know a couple guys that had that, you have to be drugged at all times to go through that ordeal. Quote
Sentura Posted July 8, 2014 Report Posted July 8, 2014 I had some kidney stones but I passed them naturally. It was super fucking painful... Like someone was constantly hitting you in the balls Quote
iwxanthi Posted July 8, 2014 Report Posted July 8, 2014 Yeah the pain was insane.. I spent a week in the hospital, where I followed a shock wave lithotripsy treatment, that didn't directly help and even made it a lot worse the days after. But after 2 weeks just one day before surgery I passed them naturally. Now I just need to consume a lot of water and less coffee to make sure it doesn't happen again. Sentura 1 Quote
Nysuatro Posted July 9, 2014 Report Posted July 9, 2014 mh yeah, I'm thinking about that. Yager said I'd still have a job there, if I'd want to finish university next year. Yeah, mean. Because of my degree I could start working in Canada. I know a lot of people who have trouble without a degree Quote
Sprony Posted July 9, 2014 Report Posted July 9, 2014 I didn't feel like work today. Came in, didn't do dick. Immediately started surfing, did some interview stuff for the Core, went on a long break, took a 3 hour dump, surfed some more, chilled with some colleagues, finally didn't know what to do online, looked at the clock, one hour to go. Responded to like 10 mails, typing fast, copy pasting shit and using fancy words. Received a call from my manager that he really appreciates all my hard work and the enormous effort I put in everyday. Offered to finish something for him meaning I would do a bit of overtime (like 10 minutes or so). He was overjoyed and I had a really hard time not to burst out in laughter. Quote
PogoP Posted July 9, 2014 Report Posted July 9, 2014 Haha awesome man. Sometimes I find my days at work are like that... Just gotta act busy in that downtime Sprony 1 Quote
