Hahaha! Well the risk if half of the game. That's what I like about games with perma-death / destructive features. Just knowing that if we make the wrong jump we'll lose the equivalent of weeks of playtime.

I don't recall if I posted this or not - but my wife and I finally bought our plane tickets for New Zealand (3 weeks road tripping both northern and southern islands).

Redecorating parts of the house, my room at the moment is without a carpet and covered in fresh paint. With the only item in the room being my desk and this PC.

Not sure how I'm going to sleep tonight, I'll figure out something.

I will let you know how it is. The best time to buy airline tickets (I think) if you're shooting for a November/December trip appears to be March. But you know how airline tickets change every 10 minutes.

It will feel so good once it's done though! Just make sure to properly ventilate the room while sitting at that desk with the PC for hours. We don't need one of these:

Almost there, new carpet got fitted and I've moved my furniture back in, had to put a couple back together but it was surprisingly easy. Why do people complain about it so much? :3

Anyway, just waiting on my new bed, due to get it in tomorrow.

Shit, very annoying @Bastion. If is the VGA, the computer should start and beep a special tone. If not mobo or maybe also power supply.

Maybe you can open a Patreon to get funding for the computer

Power supply did die as well, lucky for me I had a spare, I sometimes get it to boot only to see a very broken image on the monitor.  Although now it struggles to boot at all, can hear it attempt to and fail just before my fans start to spin like a jet  engine. 

May look at getting a full replacement on credit, looking at my options still.
