blackdog Posted April 6, 2014 Report Posted April 6, 2014 Monument Valley takes the same principle of impossible geometries of Echochrome and makes them looking friggin gorgeous. Really, as the guy says in the video below: "every screenshot could be printed out and hung on a wall". Trailer Behinde the scenes Has anybody played this yet? I'm not sure if toget it at full price. Thrik Posted April 6, 2014 Report Posted April 6, 2014 My god, that art. Shame it's iOS-only, as I'm not playing something that beautiful on my iPhone. Hope it makes an appearance on the consoles. Quote
Mazy Posted April 6, 2014 Report Posted April 6, 2014 Downloaded it Friday, haven't tried it yet~ Quote

Downloaded it Friday, haven't tried it yet~ Do it and let us know! Quote
General Vivi Posted April 6, 2014 Report Posted April 6, 2014 I saw a guy playing this on the plane yesterday. My wife and I just stared at it for 30 mins. Looks awesome! blackdog 1 Quote

blackdog Posted April 13, 2014 Author Report Posted April 13, 2014 Bought it before leaving home to jump on the plane, and went through it during the flight (except last two chapters). It's very good, I really like it, it's definitely the piece of art it seems. Unfortunately puzzles can hardly be considered as such, they're too straightforward and don't require thinking. And there are just 10 (as it seems). I understand that coming up with 3D puzzles is not as quick as for games like Angry Birds or Cut The Rope, but for this price I really want to play a bit longer, and feel more challenged. Quote
Pampers Posted April 13, 2014 Report Posted April 13, 2014 Been playing while on the shitter. It looks really pretty and it is very moody. But the puzzles are, like blackdawg said, very easy, mostly clicking to walk to a button, then wait 5 seconds for the world to unwrap and twist in new fancy way before you walk to the next button. PhilipK Posted April 15, 2014 Report Posted April 15, 2014 damn doesn't look like it'd come to ps3/steam anytime soon Quote
