I knew this was gonna be a tough one.

Because when i translated the reciepe i tried to find perlsugar.

But no translation could be made, so i used a straight forward translation.

In swedish it is pärlsocker, and pärla is perl in english and socker is sugar so.

When i saw your question i went out again to find an answer, but still no dice.

I thought i could find some picture of it, but all the pics i found was so small they wouldnt have helped anyway.

So heres a try to explain and i bet i will fail.

Its not powdered, its bigger then powdered but smaller then pieces.

Its like small corns.

All i can hope for now is that some one else thats swedish in here can help me explain.
