Just listened to an Italian journalist that is at the GDC: he's saying it's the real deal, the real Alien experience everyone has always waited for. That it's really scary, people in the demo room were screaming from time to time.

He also says something that makes it sound like there's a "hold your breath" feature when hiding at a close distance from the Xenomorph... true?

Yeah when the Alien stalks close to the hiding lockers you have the option to lean back and hold your breath.
