Which game would you like to bring back?

The world needs another one of these:

Bring the arena like fast paced FPS back!! Would be also awesome to see the same game integrated with a SP campaign like Quake 1 and 2! Wtf happened to these games? 

 

Many have tried, and failed, (looking at you UT3)

 

 

Arena FPS is dead.

 

 

Every once in a while I play Quake Live against some younger friends from the LOL and COD generation that have never played a proper fps. It's a good way to make me feel less old

I would love a new Ultima Underworld, or a new Arx Fatalis. No consolized stuff, just good old RPGs that will require you to take notes and think.

I agree, the number of players / number of servers gives a ratio of fewer than 1 player/server in arena FPS games. I don't have the patience to keep practicing to be a highly skilled player in those FPS.

And I gotta say, Quake Live is still AMAZINGLY enjoyable! For me anyway.

Number 2 on my list is the Ghost 'N Goblins franchise. I have them all on the NES/SNES/Genesis and PSP. Oh, and even Maximo on the PS2. Too bad Capcom totally forgot about it and they cancelled the online version, which looked pretty promising btw.

 

The PSP remake is amazing though. Holy shit is it hard though. My god, I"ve been working on it for 9 months now.

As it should be Alex, as it should be. At least in this version you have unlimited credits and checkpoints. Try the original. Now that's hardcore.

For me, Arena shooters will never die! But the audience has sadly. As said above, gun game in CS is a fun alternative and you can still find me on Quakelive

Was released last week (or 2 weeks ago?). I've bought it, but haven't really played it yet. Graphics are a bit so-so, but it looks like the same good gameplay~~
