Why? They only licensed his name for promotional purposes. It's not like that's about to change now.

End of an era.  I remember reading his early books back in middle/high school.  Hunt for Red October and Red Storm Rising are still two of my favorite books of all time. He's up there as one of the most epic authors ever imo.  And what an impact on the games industry he had.
