I need a chair

My chair broke this morning and now leans about 20 degrees to the left. Since this is a forum of people who work on computers all day,  I figured someone must have a decent recommendation.

I saw a fancy Germany chair one time that was like £800 and made of kevlar or something that apparently all you fancy people use.

Here's what I use. I like to have a can of Fosters in that drinks holder whilst I work. The alcohol helps me concentrate.

 

 

Also, sometimes I have a fishing rod with me just to complete the image.

Just get one of those chairs where you sit on a wire-like mesh so you can fart without turning the goddamn thing into a stink sponge

My chair isn't the best either and I did some research on my own, and this top 5 looks pretty nice. I guess I'll get the Herman Miller Embody anytime soon, if I got the monies for it.

I would test-sit a couple of IKEA-chairs if I were you. Maybe you find one that you sit snugly in?

It doesn't look like much, but it just feels good sitting in and makes you sit straight. I'm 1.96m though, so maybe I have some weird compatibility because of that.

 

EDIT: I also generally dislike armrests.

I still use an outdoor chair that cost me like £50, I kid you not it's the comfiest chair I've ever used after years of £100–£200 computer chairs. I also started just using a meeting/visitor chair at work. I prefer the back support and shit.

If you're keeping to a budget you get better value for money with traditional chairs rather than computer chairs (which tend to feel really crappy when cheap). Even a basic-ass wooden chair can feel great.

Yes I have noticed that the cushion on my chair has slowly but surely started to develop a faint smell of stale ass to it. Think I need to throw it in the wash.
