As I said before, your work is very impressive! I doubt you'll have problems finding work.

If you want to keep with the b&w theme of the site and dont want color preview pics of your work, why not do a sepia tone preview. That hint of orange/yellow will bring a hit of color but still go with the b&w quite nicely.
