Not really :P

~

Yesterday, brunch. Baked-gratin eggs on top of a bread'n'butter and chopped tomato sauce bed.

I baked a few minutes the bread before covering it with the sauce, which i prepared separately stir frying garlic and onions first to give it more taste.

Quite yummy! The nice thing is it keeps warm for the time it takes me to eat through something like this.

Cod fillets in a simple tomato+garlic+onion+celery sauce. And even the most plain pasta is nice when you have olive oil and some real parmesan ("pasta in bianco"). I then added some of the sauce in which i cooked the cod fillets since it was abundant :)

And with the new phone the pics are much better now.

I had a rotten banana and some puff pastry so I mixed the banana with orange yogurt and put the mixture inside like a giant empanada or something. It was awesome.

Any tips for roast sweet potatoes? Amount of oil, temprature, etc? Mine don't always turn out so good. Not sure if I'm cutting them too thin or what, and they all stuck together too.
