What have you cooked recently

Pescatarian fajitas and roasted sweetcorn:


that'd be some veggies + salmon, cod and king prawns (sauteed separately). I think the fish was too cooked, or just not fres enough (i'm not used and don't like buying everything out of packages :-/ )


Here is my post workout meal that i've just finished and it was fucking great :v

Looking yummy, but if in the evening i'd cut on the chips. (Unless it's occasional.)

Today the last tuft of radicchio di Treviso i could bring over to UK :( (+ Parmigiano and mixed roasted veggies)


in my case, it doesn't matter what time i eat carbs :)

Whatch out for metabolism changes, it can happen between 20 and 30. I noticed it did for me around 25-27. Although I haven't inspected the matter thoroughly.

Today's brunch (French toast + cereals) reminded me i didn't uploaded the previous and more yummy brunch pic


oversized tomato & cheese omelette (3 eggs), crumble cake (from the chef, not me) and tea in my newly acquired oversized mug.
