A friend of mine eats around 7000 every day mostly by just creating ridiculous shakes (avocado, coconut milk, bananas, oats, peanut butter, honey whatever etc.). The most inventive thing I've made recently is a jar of Kung Po sauce with minced beef and pasta (more beef than pasta). I just cook the beef and pasta in separate pans then throw them together with the sauce for a few minutes.
