How do you calculate fat in what you cook? Also meat has some fat in it, as well as the bun.

Day off, i made pancakes again... i've put a shitload of whipped cream on those. As well as in the hot choco: i don't want to know how much fat was in there :D

Coworkers were happy and congratulated as well; I think there's quite some space to improve: sponge was a bit chewy (not sure if it started with the dough or it cooked a little too much, hence drying and then capturing too much moisture in the fridge). Cream tasted amazing, but it needs to be thicker… I dunno, I followed the recipe which oddly said to add some cold milk when it was thick, making it fluid again O.o
