Tisky Posted August 6, 2017 Report Posted August 6, 2017 Man drinking alot of water as some people said here really helps alot against hunger. Today i ate more than the other days, yet it is not alot. 3 eggs for breakfast, 2x90grams of burgers with a little cheese on for lunch. And for the evening i ate chili con carne , about 2,5 dl of it. Evrytime i feel hungry i drink a bottle of citrus water and boom, gone. Quote

Tired and hungoverish feeling in the morning until i get my coffe and breakfast (mostly eggs). Then i wokr, workout and clean the apartment. I got so much energy it's silly!! -4 kilos (good considering i am lifting weights right?). Today i put on an old hoodie that has a zipper on the front. I could not use it before since it was too small (or me to fat). But today, today that hoodie fitted like a glove. Fuck that is a great feeling!! Can't wait to be able to put on a shirt i bought couple of years ago that i've always wanted to wear TheOnlyDoubleF 1 Quote

I think it’s a combination of my old max being well over body weight, trying to lose some body weight, and also just having terrible leverages for the exercise (long arms). One of the reasons I was focusing on it is, it’s a struggle lift for me Quote
